orders
placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. we reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — particularly when stock is limited or details cannot be verified. you'll be told immediately if that happens and refunded in full if a charge has been taken.
prices & currency
prices reflect your shopping country and may be displayed in its local currency. all payments are charged in saudi riyal (sar), with the sar amount disclosed before payment. prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. shipping is calculated at checkout. we may update prices at any time without notice.
shipping
shipping is free across saudi arabia and the gcc. international delivery is available only where an eligible courier offers a live rate for your address and bag. available delivery estimates and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout; estimates are not guarantees. customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
refunds & exchanges
refunds within 1 day of delivery. exchanges within 3 days of delivery. items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags intact. final-sale or made-to-order pieces are not eligible.
intellectual property
all imagery, copy, design and branding on the site belongs to social proof. you may not reproduce, copy or use any of it commercially without written permission.
user accounts
you're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity under your account. let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
acceptable use
don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or attack the site or its systems. we may suspend access at any time for misuse.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, social proof is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the kingdom of saudi arabia. any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of riyadh.
